These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YouNewX websites, apps, games and digital products (together, the "Services"), operated by YouNewX ("YouNewX", "we", "us"). By using the Services or buying a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1.Who we are
YouNewX is a studio that creates and sells premium digital products — printable packs, guides, kits, tools and interactive apps — for learning, careers, creators and families. You can reach us any time at hello@younewx.com.
2.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Products intended for children are meant to be purchased and supervised by a parent or guardian.
3.Our products and your license
Everything we sell is a digital product — there are no physical goods to ship. When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or household use.
You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, publicly share, or claim authorship of our products or files. You may not strip notices, or use our materials to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.
4.Pricing and payment
Prices are shown at checkout and are typically in US dollars (USD); your bank or wallet may convert to your local currency. We accept card payments through Stripe and cryptocurrency (including USDC) through NOWPayments. We never receive or store your full card number — card data is handled directly by Stripe.
Promotional codes and limited-time offers are valid only for the stated period and may change or end at any time.
5.30-day money-back guarantee
We stand behind every product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product isn't right for you, email hello@younewx.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Cryptocurrency refunds are returned in the same asset where possible; network fees may apply.
6.Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after a successful payment — on the order confirmation page and/or by email. If you don't receive your product within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us.
7.Acceptable use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to misuse them. Specific community and acceptable-use rules are set out in our Code of Conduct, which forms part of these Terms.
8.No guaranteed outcomes
Our products are informational and educational. We share honest, practical guidance, but we do not promise any specific result — including income, financial, health, weight, learning or career outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and circumstances. Nothing we provide is professional financial, medical, legal or psychological advice.
9.Intellectual property
The Services and all content we create — text, images, designs, audio, video, code and brand marks — are owned by YouNewX or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your license under Section 3 does not transfer ownership of anything to you.
10.Third-party services
We rely on trusted third parties to run the Services, including Stripe (payments), NOWPayments (crypto payments), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
11.Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouNewX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
12.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here removes any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
