Code of Conduct

YouNewX builds products for learning, careers, creators and families. This Code of Conduct sets out the simple rules for everyone who uses our websites, apps, games, email and support channels (the "Services"). It is part of our Terms of Service. The goal is a safe, respectful and honest experience for everyone.
1.Be respectful
Treat others — our team and fellow users — with respect. We do not tolerate harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, discrimination, or content that demeans people based on who they are.
2.Use the Services lawfully and honestly
- Don't use the Services for anything illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent.
- Don't attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other accounts, or our data.
- Don't interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Services (including scraping, spamming, or automated abuse).
- Don't abuse payments, refunds, chargebacks, or promotional codes in bad faith.
3.Respect our work and others' rights
Our products are licensed for your personal use only. Don't copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share our files, and don't remove credits or notices. Likewise, don't upload or share content that infringes anyone else's intellectual-property or privacy rights.
4.Keep content appropriate
Where the Services let you submit content (such as comments, messages or community spaces), keep it appropriate. No sexual content involving minors, no violent or hateful extremism, no malware, and nothing that endangers others. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
5.Protect children
Some of our products are made for kids and are meant to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Never use our family products in a way that could harm a child, and never attempt to contact or exploit a minor through the Services.
6.Reporting
See something that breaks this Code, or behaviour that worries you? Tell us at hello@younewx.com. We read every report and take them seriously.
7.Enforcement
If someone breaks this Code, we may — depending on the situation — issue a warning, remove content, suspend or terminate access, refuse service, or report unlawful activity to the authorities. Serious or repeated abuse may result in loss of access without refund.
8.Changes
We may update this Code from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
